ARE Community Partners With My Media Org Co., Announces $30 Tournament Details

ARE Community has officially announced a partnership and collaboration with My Media Org Co. (MMCO), and the first project is already lined up. The two organizations will host a $30 tournament next week.

Registration will take place on the ARE Community Discord server, so players and teams who want a slot should join the server now and be ready when registration opens. The organizers have not yet shared the exact date, format or game details of the tournament.

MMCO describes its work as building the future of African esports by connecting brands with esports teams and creating new opportunities across the continent. The partnership with ARE Community puts that goal into action at the community level.

The announcement says this is only the beginning, with more tournaments and collaborations planned. For grassroots teams looking for regular competition, that is worth watching.
